What we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off location, vehicle details and anything you type into the request form or tell dispatch on the phone.
- Service records: timestamps, driver and truck assigned, photos of your vehicle before and after loading, invoices and payment confirmations.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
- To dispatch a truck and complete the job you asked for.
- To text or call you with an ETA, driver details and receipts.
- To bill you, your insurer or your motor club, and to keep records required by Illinois towing regulations.
- To resolve damage claims and disputes.
Text messages
When you tick the consent box or text our dispatch number, you agree to receive service messages about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not sell your number and we do not send marketing texts unless you separately opt in.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to complete the job: your insurer or motor club when they are paying, the repair shop or dealership you nominate, our payment processor, and law enforcement when required by law or present at an accident scene. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Service and billing records are retained for the period required by Illinois law and our insurers (generally seven years). Website form submissions that do not result in a job are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Call (773) 600-9990 or message us on Instagram and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers by default. If analytics are added later, this section will name the provider and explain how to opt out.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment card details are handled by our processor and never stored on our servers.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
